Highlights

This 8-day fully guided tour takes you through Israel's most iconic landmarks — from the ancient fortress of Masada and the shores of the Dead Sea, through the layered history of Jerusalem's Old City, to the spiritual landscapes of the Sea of Galilee and the Crusader walls of Acre.

With a government-licensed guide by your side every day, you'll explore sacred Christian, Jewish, and historical sites across Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, the Golan Heights, Tiberias, Nazareth, Haifa, and Caesarea.

  • Ride the cable car up to Masada and walk through Herod's ancient palaces, synagogue, bathhouse and cistern systems above the Dead Sea

  • Visit Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial and the Israel Museum including the Dead Sea Scrolls in the Shrine of the Book
  • Explore Bethlehem – visit the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square
  • Walk Jerusalem's Old City – the Western Wall, Temple Mount, Via Dolorosa, Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Mount Zion, Mount of Olives and Garden of Gethsemane
  • Tour the Golan Heights – visit a local winery, Druze villages and old Syrian fortifications with views of Mount Hermon
  • Visit Capernaum, the Mount of Beatitudes and Tabgha on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, plus the Church of the Annunciation in Nazareth

8-Day Holy Land Tour Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Arrival in Tel Aviv

You land at Ben Gurion Airport where a representative meets you for the transfer to your Tel Aviv hotel. Take the afternoon to settle in and rest after your journey.

  2. Day 2

Tel Aviv to Masada to Jerusalem

The coach departs early toward Masada, where you take the cable car to the plateau and walk through Herod's palaces, the ancient synagogue, bathhouse, and cistern systems, with Roman siege camps visible below and the Dead Sea stretching out in the distance. After Masada, head down and float in the Dead Sea. In the afternoon you continue to Jerusalem and check in for the night.

  3. Day 3

    Jerusalem

The day starts at Yad Vashem on Mount Herzl, then continues to the Israel Museum to see the Dead Sea Scrolls in the Shrine of the Book and the model of Herodian Jerusalem. You'll visit Ein Karem, a village known as the birthplace of John the Baptist, before heading to Bethlehem for the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square. Return to the Jerusalem hotel for the evening.

  4. Day 4

    Jerusalem Old City

Enter the Old City to visit the Western Wall and Temple Mount, then walk the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Head to Mount Zion for King David's Tomb and the Room of the Last Supper, then take in panoramic views from the Mount of Olives and visit the Garden of Gethsemane. The day ends at Mahane Yehuda market, where you can take some free time to walk around the food stalls and local shops.

  5. Day 5

    Jerusalem to Tiberias

The coach heads north past Jericho through the Jordan Valley, stopping at Beit Shean to see the Roman excavations. You continue up to the Golan Heights for a winery tour and wine tasting, then drive through Druze villages and past old Syrian fortifications with views of Mount Hermon. The route descends through the Hula Valley, finishing at your hotel on the shores of the Sea of Galilee in Tiberias.

  6. Day 6

    Tiberias and Sea of Galilee

The day covers the shores of the Sea of Galilee, visiting Capernaum's ancient synagogue ruins, the Mount of Beatitudes, and Tabgha. A boat cruise across the Sea of Galilee is available if conditions allow — not included, costs extra. From there the coach continues to Nazareth to see the Church of the Annunciation and other Christian sites before returning to Tiberias.

  7. Day 7

    Tiberias to Tel Aviv

Drive west to Acre and walk through the Crusader stronghold with its medieval fortifications. Continue to Haifa for views of the Baha'i Shrine, Persian Gardens, Mount Carmel and the bay.
