By making a reservation for a tour, all persons or organizations agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

These Conditions, together with our privacy policy and any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, set out the details of your booking with Click Tours (hereafter referred to as “we” or “us”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:

  • He/she has read these terms and conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them;
  • He/she consents to our use of information and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us;
  • He/she is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services.
  • He/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking;
  • These Booking Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without notice. Your agreement to these Booking Conditions constitutes your agreement to any updates which can be found at https://www.click-tours.com/terms-and-conditions/

Terms of reservations:

  • For additional terms that apply to our Tour packages please see: https://www.click-tours.com/terms-tp.
  • When you make a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept and do accept these conditions on your behalf and on behalf of all members of your party and further, if you are making a booking for more than one person, that you are responsible for all payments due from each and every member of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information which you give us is accurate and that information which is given to you by us or any of our suppliers is passed on to all members of your party.
  • When you make your booking, you must pay the relevant deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. No contract will come into existence until we accept your booking and we receive your deposit or full payment in cleared funds and issue you with a confirmation invoice either on behalf of ourselves or the supplier in question.
  • Please check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately, as changes cannot be made later and it may harm your rights if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document immediately. Please ensure that the names given are the same as in the relevant passport. Failure to provide accurate and required information at the time of reservation could result in additional fees.
  • The booking information that you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary for the provision of your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary and religious requirements. Certain information may also be passed on to security or credit checking companies.
  • We reserve the right to return your payment and decline to issue a booking confirmation at our absolute discretion. A binding contract will come into existence between you and us as soon as we have received payment and issued to you in writing a booking confirmation that will confirm the details of your booking and will be sent to you or your travel agent.
  • Online bookings: Auto-generated e-mails are sent immediately after payment is made to confirm payment has been received. Online bookings are not confirmed until a personalised e-mail detailing that a booking is confirmed is sent by a member our reservation team.
  • Do not book flights until you have received a personalised confirmation email from our reservations team, which will be within 48 hours of receiving your online booking. We endeavour to display accurate availability on our website, though on rare occasions online bookings are made concurrently with others and our website can not reflect this information.
  • Customers who have rebooked to a different tour or date and then cancel will be subject to the the cancellation fees applicable to their original tour. Any promotions received on the original tour are not transferable to the new tour.

General:

  • The person or persons who have made a tour reservation are hereafter referred to as the ‘clients’. This document is hereafter referred to as the ‘terms’. The client agrees to be bound by these terms. In the case of minors, the legal parents or legal guardian must fill out the form and check box on their behalf. All clients registering for a Click Tours tour must fill out the online registration form, including the check box of acceptance of these terms. No agent, representative or client of Click Tours has any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and Conditions.
  • Purchases made through website are subject to these Terms & Conditions; in all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking. Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you (the customer) make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed.
  • These terms, by whomever it is made and wherever it is made, is subject to and shall be governed and construed according to Israeli law. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent and spirit of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Israeli courts in resolving all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this web site. Use of this web site is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all the provisions of these terms and conditions, including this paragraph. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement, to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
  • Click Tours does not accept any liability arising out of changes to itineraries, or any other matters relating to any tour, due to factors outside its control. These factors include (Including but not limited to) wars, strikes, weather, political disputes, border closures, delayed flights, etc. Any expenses incurred by the client arising out of these changes are for their own account.
  • Our company is entitled, under certain circumstances and constraints, to change the tour date, pick-up time, drop-off time and tour route according at its discretion while taking into consideration the tourists’ best interests.
  • Tourists are obliged to follow the instructions of the tour guide or any other representative of the Click Tours Company.
  • Tourists who decide to leave the tour in the middle before it is completed will not be entitled to a refund or compensation of any other kind.
  • In the event that the tourist is late, the tour leader may at his discretion continue the tour. All expenses incurred due to the tourist’s delay will be covered by the tourist and he will not be entitled to claim compensation.
  • The prices quoted do not include meals.
  • VAT – By law, Israeli citizens are required to add VAT on payment.
  • Under certain circumstances, a change of vehicle may be required during the tour/pick-up/drop-off, in order to avoid delays, shorten travel time and insure operational efficiency.
  • Click Tours is not responsible for loss of any belongings/ items during the tour. If we are able to locate the lost item for you, you will be required to come to our office in Tel Aviv independently to reclaim your property.
  • Our Daily Tours and Tour Packages / Multi-Day Tours may be bilingual (English and another language).
  • The minimum age for joining day tours or package tours is 4 years old (there is no minimum age for private tours).

    We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Travel Documents & Authority on Tours:

  • All clients must be in possession of health and personal injury insurance, a valid passport, together with any necessary visas or required vaccinations, and the client accepts full responsibility for obtaining the same. PLEASE NOTE: ANY Insurance NOT INCLUDED!
  • We strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. Click Tours does not offer any travel arrangements.
  • The tour products listed on Click Tours are operated by independent tour providers. We act as agent for providers of tours, transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. Click Tours shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc.
  • You agree that Click Tours will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against Click Tours and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives.
  • Any information or advice given by Click Tours or its agents with regard to the above is given in good faith, but Click Tours can accept no responsibility for the information given.
  • Should a client be refused entry to Israel, the West Bank, Jordan, Egypt or any part thereof due to incorrect or incomplete documentation, Click Tours will not be held liable for any costs of such delays or repatriation costs for the client.

Unsuitability:

  • During any tour should a client, in the sole opinion of Click Tours or its duly authorized representative, be considered unsuitable for the tour, due to being in contravention of any customs or laws of Israel or other countries, or by reason of causing inconvenience or annoyance to other clients, drivers, or tour guides, then Click Tours may disqualify and expel the tour client and return the client, at their expense, to the point of departure prior to the end of the tour. Click Tours will not be liable to make any refund to the client, and no other liability by Click Tours to the client will arise.
  • The client accepts that at all times that the decisions of the Israeli Authorities or IDF, the Palestinian Authority, the Authorities of any other relevant state, the Tour Operator, or Others, will be final on all matters likely to endanger the safety and well being of the client.

Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information:

  • We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
  • This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
  • We endeavor to ensure that all of the information and prices both on our Website and in our Distribution channels are accurate; however, occasionally changes and errors occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances. You must check the current price and all other details relating to the arrangements that you wish to book before your booking is confirmed.

Special Requests:

  • If you have any special requests please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the supplier/representatives but we do not guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not.

Guaranteed Departures:

  • All tours are guaranteed departures and will operate unless force majeure circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances arise. Due to the traveller numbers on a specific tour, we reserve the absolute right to change the type or style of transportation or other elements, to enable the tour to operate.

Fitness to Travel, Age and Medical Conditions:

  • If you have any medical condition, disability or special requirements which may affect your holiday, please tell us before you confirm your booking, as we are able to make enquiries of the supplier about the suitability of arrangements for you and provide replies prior to booking. You are responsible for assessing whether a tour are suitable for you. We will not and do not provide any advice. It is your responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each aspect of the itinerary based on your own unique circumstances, limitations, fitness level and medical requirements.
  • Minors (those under 18 years of age) are accepted on some group tours provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who accepts full responsibility for them. Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted.
  • Please note that no persons under 12 will be accepted on tours unless this is formally requested in writing. Click Tours reserves the right to allow or deny younger travellers onto our tours at our discretion.
  • The pacing and physical requirements of tours vary by itinerary. We recommend that you select a tour that is suitable to your physical capabilities. Certain tours require considerable walking and may pose difficulties for travelers with disabilities or impaired mobility. For example, many historic sites are only accessible on foot and involve stairs or inclines. In addition, service providers on tours may not have the infrastructure to make special provisions or accommodate special equipment that may be required. For these reasons, you are required to disclose to us any physical disabilities or limitations prior to reserving your tour so we can help you determine the appropriateness of the selected itinerary.
  • Clients agree to accept the authority and decision of tour operators, tour leaders, and agents whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such a person, the health or conduct of a client before or after departure appears likely to endanger the safety, comfort or enjoyment of a tour, the client may be excluded from all or part of the tour, without any refunds.
  • If a client is excluded from the tour as above or chooses to leave the tour of their own free will or leaves the tour due to ill health or any other reason there will be no refund of the tour price, extra services, surcharges, local payments/funds or any local surcharges. All services forming part of the whole package booked will be forfeited.

Behavior:

  • Please be aware that the booking conditions of the supplier will normally state that your holiday arrangements can be terminated, with no refund, if the behaviour of your party falls below an acceptable standard. Suppliers will also often require you to pay for any damage you cause to the accommodation or services in resort. We are under no obligation to you if any event such as this occurs. You agree to indemnify us for the full amount of any claim (including all legal costs) made against us by the supplier or any third party as a result of your conduct. All participants in tours are expected to obey the laws and regulations of the countries visited and any failure to do so may relieve us of any obligation that they may otherwise have under these booking conditions.

Limitation of Liability

  • Clients participating in tours or other activities organized by Tour Operator do so at their own risk. Client bookings are accepted on the understanding by the client that certain risks exist as an inherent part of travel in Israel, the West Bank, Jordan and Egypt, and clients undertake Tour Operator entirely at their own risk.
  • While Tour Operator takes every precaution to ensure the safety of clients, no responsibility can be accepted for any death, injury or loss that might occur to such clients, sustained from any causes whatsoever.
  • The client is aware that tours organized by Tour Operator enter areas where there is the possibility of heightened tensions and hostilities between population groups, and occasional hostilities, violence, abductions and armed conflict may occur.
  • The client is aware that participation in tours organized by Tour Operator may expose them to harm, or hostile activities that may adversely affect transportation, medical care, and the quality of food and water.
  • The client and his/her dependents, heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, hereby indemnify and hold blameless, Tour Operator, its members, employees, representatives and agents from any claims of any nature and from any liability for delay, loss, damage, injury, illness or death arising from any cause whatsoever out of events related to or occurring during a tour.
  • By participating in tours organized by Tour Operator the clients assumes all responsibility for any health related issues, physical or psychological, which may arise as a result of the tour.
  • Costs in respect of any accident or illness which, in the opinion of the authorities, requires medical attention, are the client’s liability.
  • The client assumes all personal and financial responsibility for any and all risks arising from participating in a tour, including, but not limited to the risks described above.
  • By registering for a tour the client releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Click Tours, Tour Operator, it’s owners, employees, agents, tour operators, supporting organizations, and successors, from any and all liability, claims, demands, rights or causes of action, brought on the client’s behalf, or by or for any other person, or by the client’s heirs, executors, or assigns, for personal injury, illness, or death, or any other damages or loss of personal property which may occur en route to, during, returning home from, or as a result of the client’s participation in any tour or activity organized by Tour Operator, to the maximum extent permitted by any state, territory, district or country.

Insurance:

  • You MUST take out adequate and suitable travel insurance in order to take part in a tour. You are wholly responsible for arranging your own insurance. We reserve the right to request a copy of your insurance policy and/or a receipt showing payment of the premium. It will remain your responsibility at all times to ensure that you’re adequately insured. You must be satisfied that your insurance fully covers all your personal requirements. You should satisfy yourself that any travel insurance arranged is what you require and should arrange supplementary insurance if needed.
  • Without limitation, Click Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, disease, sickness, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from any event or cause or as a result of any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any third party. These matters include but are not limited to: “acts of God” or events of force majeure; epidemics, pandemics, or other public health issues or emergencies (such as but not limited to the current COVID-19 pandemic); acts of government; acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt; strikes or other labor activities; criminal, terrorist or threatened terrorist activities of any kind; overbooking or downgrading of accommodations; structural or other defective conditions in houses, apartments, or other lodgings (or in any heating, plumbing, electrical or structural problem therein); mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely; dangers associated with or bites from animals, insects or pests; sanitation problems; food poisoning; lack of availability of, access to, or quality of medical care; difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency; financial failure or other defaults by suppliers; or dangers associated with water-based activities.

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and are of sound mind;
  • You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation;
  • You will use this Website in accordance with the Terms of Use;
  • You will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act;
  • You will inform such other persons about the Terms of Use that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions;
  • All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete;
  • Booking on this website and the rates displayed are valid for tourists holding International (non-Israeli) passports. Israeli credit card payment will be charged VAT.

Credit Card Payment

  • Your credit card details are protected by the highest level of security.
  • Your card is charged immediately when the booking is made. In the event that we are not able to charge your credit card for any reason, the booking will not be approved.

Copyright / Use of website

  • The content of this website is the property of Click Tours. It is strictly forbidden to copy the website content or use it for any purpose. Violations of this policy will result in legal action.

Acknowledgement of Risk:

  • Click Tours is a travel agency for tour operators, and does not provide any goods or services for your trip.
    All bookings are made with the supplier offering the Product in question, not with Click Tours. Click Tours only facilitates the making of the reservations with the suppliers of Products. Click Tours is not a party to the contract between you as a customer and the supplier of the Product and therefore has not responsibility or liability to you, directly or indirectly.
  • The information on the Click Tours website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer that binds Click Tours. Upon your selection of the desired products or services offered by the Supplier, we show you the information about these products and services, which information you can use to submit an Order.
    We aim to ensure an overall high quality of the information published on our website, although we do not warrant in any way that all information is correct, complete, up-to-date, accessible and tailored to specific customer needs. We also may change, add or remove any information on the Click Tours website at our sole discretion.

Personal and non-commercial use:

  • Click Tours services is made available to you for personal and non-commercial use only. You or anyone affiliated with you are not allowed to buy, resell, deep link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any part of our website (including content, information and software) for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose without our explicit written approval. If you link to any part of our website, you are obligated to remove such link immediately upon our request.

Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements & Health Formalities:

  • It is your responsibility to check and fulfill the passport, visa, health and immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You must check requirements for your own specific circumstances with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates and your own doctor as applicable. Requirements do change, please ensure your information is up to date.
  • Most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after your return date. If your passport is in its final year, you should check with the Embassy of the country you are visiting.
  • You will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage which you incur as a result of a failure to obtain all necessary passports, visas and/or vaccinations. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel or incur any other loss because you have not complied with any passport, visa, immigration requirements or health formalities (including vaccinations). You agree to reimburse us in relation to any fines or other losses which we incur as a result of your failure to comply with any passport, visa, immigration requirements or health formalities.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Great care has been taken to ensure that the information available on the Website is correct and error free. We apologize for any errors or omissions that may have occurred.
  • We cannot warrant that use of the Website will be error free or fit for purpose, timely, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website and
  • We do not make any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, relating to fitness for purpose, or accuracy.
  • By accepting these Terms of Use You agree to relieve Us from any liability whatsoever arising from Your use of information including from any third party, or Your use of any third party website, or Your booking of any Services on the Website.
  • We have taken all reasonable steps to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from You is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in Our secure computer servers or those of third parties.
  • We select the suppliers of the services making up your reservation with us with reasonable skill and care. We have no liability to you for the actual provision of the services. We will have no liability to you for anything that happens during the service in question or any acts or omissions of the supplier, its employees or agents. We will not be responsible or pay you compensation for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any description.
  • Click Tours and our affiliates will not be responsible, and disclaim all liability, for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause.
  • You are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the travel operator you choose to travel with.

Prices, Surcharges and Taxes:

  • The published price of the tours and any products or services is subject to change at any time, before booking confirmation. Tours are priced and advertised exclusive of applicable sales taxes. Click Torus reserves the right to impose surcharges on any products or services booked for reasons arising from taxes or fees, currency and exchange fluctuations or government action which impacts the price of the applicable products or services.
  • Booking on this website and the rates displayed are valid ONLY for tourists holding a foreign passport, and NOT for Israeli citizens. By law, Israeli citizens are required to add VAT on payment. All other persons including those with dual citizenship, one of which is Israeli, are subject to 17% VAT.

Assignment:

  • You cannot assign or otherwise transfer this Terms and Conditions, or any rights granted hereunder or any obligations, to any third party and any such assignment or transfer or purported assignment or transfer shall be void ab initio. Our rights and/or obligations under the Terms of Use are freely assignable or otherwise transferable by Us to any third parties without the requirement of seeking Your prior consent.

Law and Jurisdiction:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by Israeli law and any dispute arising between the parties is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
    If any part of these conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent and spirit of the original provision. Such omission shall not affect the validity, effectiveness or enforceability of the other provisions of these Conditions.

Additional Terms:

  • All the tours are conducted with an English tour guide.
  • Tourists are obliged to stay with tour at all times.
    Separation from the group can result in being left behind and will be at customers expense.
  • Tours are conducted in various sizes of tourism buses, vans and vehicles.
  • Date of departure, pickup and drop off times and possible delays are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur.
  • Traveler, who will be late to the pickup, will be charged on a private transfer.
  • Special needs: baby chairs / Carriages / Wheelchairs – advanced notification required.
  • Daily tours, Multi -Day tours and Packages are not suitable for children under age of 4. You can order a private tour.
  • Rates are quoted in US dollars.
  • VIP class booking confirmations are subject to availability.
  • Rates do not include client’s meals, food and beverages. (unless otherwise specified in the tour details).
  • We accept no liability for direct or consequential loss of personal belongings. Travelers are not covered by any insurance for the duration of the tour.
  • We cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage due to force of nature.
  • We may at our discretion require a person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their conduct to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other travelers and we shall have no further liability for the carriage of such travelers.
  • All the services available for purchase on the Click Tours, such as tours, hotel bookings and shopping are provided by third party providers and operations and any inquiry or purchase comprises a contract between the user and the third party provider, not Click Tours.
  • Although we uses its reasonable endeavours to ensure reputable third party providers are used on the Site it accepts no liability arising from products or services supplied by such parties, and it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that they check the relevant provider or operator’s terms and conditions before purchasing. All such sales are subject to the terms and conditions of the third party party provider.
  • The user is responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions of each third party provider before making a booking. Because the contract is made between the user and a third party provider, any questions or complaints should be made to the third party provider direct. To cancel or amend a booking, you must contact the third party provider direct.
  • We may transfer your Personal Information within to third-party service providers, but only to provide services on the Site or to you, across borders, and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. To provide and maintain our ServiceWe may provide Personal Information and non-personally-identifiable information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or other businesses or persons for the purpose of processing such information on our behalf. We require that these parties agree to process such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy, and we use reasonable efforts to limit their use of such information and to use other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. We may also use your email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding our services, or, if you have permitted us to do so, to those of our partners who may have relevant offers. You may choose to opt out at any time.

Hotels, Trips & Other Services:

  • There are no refunds for no show or unused services.
  • High & Peak Season: (August, Jewish holidays and Christmas/New Year) Services can be canceled with no penalties up to 80 days prior to expected start of services.
  • Less than 80 Days prior to departure – 100% of the rate will be charged.
  • The full amount will be paid at the time of booking. Once your reservation is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Questions and requests for changes should be made through the contact us form or by e-mail to the company.
  • Special requests e.g. bed type, non-smoking room, connecting, etc. will be passed on to the relevant supplier, however they are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing by us.
  • Please note your name and details may not be registered with the hotel until 7-14 days prior to arrival.
  • Hotel check-in / check-out times:
    Check in: 14:00 (2:00 P.M.)
    Check out: 12:00 (Noon)

  • Since there are no official hotel ratings in Israel, please note that the hotel categories are for indication only.

Rates:

  • Prices listed are current and valid. Click Tours can change prices at its own discretion.
    All rates are shown in U.S Dollars (US$).
  • Rates are valid ONLY for tourists holding a foreign passport, and NOT for Israeli citizens.
  • A “Tourist” is a person who entered Israel on a foreign passport and his/her passport was stamped with Visa class B1, B2 or B3. All other persons entering Israel including those with dual citizenship, one of which is Israeli, are subject to 17% V.A.T.
  • Prices may change at any time until final confirmation of the reservation.

Outside the borders of the State of Israel:

  • Certain nationalities require advance issue of visas.
  • Have a Valid Passport and landing card.
  • We require nationality passport number, place & date of issue, birth date, and expiry date for booking.
  • Border fees and tips are not included in the price ($65 special fee for crossing Israel – Jordan border for over – day tourists / $65 special fee for crossing Israel – Egypt border for over – day tourists. Border fees may change
  • Border passing includes border control and customs.
  • Once across the border, the Egyptian / Jordanian company takes full responsibility for the tours.
  • Tours crossing the Egyptian and / or Jordanian border are subject to an Egyptian / Jordanian Government Tax, payable in US currency, at the borders.
  • There will be a 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to departure.
  • The deposit of 25% is non-refundable anyway.
  • In case of border crossing issues or exit deny, the customer will have full responsibility and 100% cancellation fees.

The Client Agrees:

  • The client agrees to be bound by the aforementioned terms and conditions.
  • The client has read the foregoing and agrees voluntarily to all the Terms. The client stipulates that he/she is of sound mind, and acting on his/her own free will and without coercion or duress, agrees to the assumption of risk and waiver of liability. The client agrees that he/she is not relying on any oral or written representations or statements by Tour Operator or their representatives, including brochures and the Tour Operator website.
  • The client stipulates that he/she is over eighteen years of age, or is a parent or legal guardian for a minor participating in a tour, and has read and understood all the terms, conditions and waiver of liability.
  • The client understands that by clicking the box on the tour inquiry or registration form titled, ‘I agree to the terms and conditions’, these terms become a binding agreement.
  • This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Tour Operator and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications (whether electronic, oral or written) between you and us with respect to transactions facilitated by this web site.
  • No information about the client will be provided to a third party unless it is necessary for the operation of the tour. Your information may be provided to the tour operator or tour guide in order to facilitate communication.

Tours to Jordan:

  • Tourists traveling with passports of certain countries are required to obtain a visa in advance, prior to the start of the tour.
  • Tourists on a tour to Jordan are obliged to bring their personal passports.
  • Crossing the Jordanian border requires payment of border taxes; this tax may be changed and updated at the discretion of the Jordanian authorities.
  • Crossing the Jordanian border requires customs clearance and border control which may entail a delay of up to an hour.
  • From the moment of passing through the Jordanian border crossing, the local tour operator is responsible for the entire tour.
  • Please note: It has come to our attention that tourists entering Jordan through land borders from Israel, have had religious-oriented souvenirs (for example menorahs), confiscated at the border. We recommendation avoid any inconvenience. Please note that Our Company cannot accept any responsibility for the actions of the Jordanian authorities, which have also caused delays to the tour groups at the border and any other problem.

Refunds:

  • The customer is not entitled to claim a refund unless it is in accordance with our cancellation policy or under certain special circumstances which have been approved by the company management. Please note that this process takes time and is dependent on the credit company for processing.

Daily Tours:

  • Cancellations are accepted 48 hours or more before tour begins.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations on the day of travel.
  • Cancellations will incur a 4% commission fee if booked by credit card or Paypal.
  • Cancellation fee of 25% charged for notification up to 1 day in advance.
  • Cancellation fee of 100% charged for notification on the day of the tour.
  • Non-Show – 100% Cancellation fees.

Private Tours:

  • Cancellations will incur a 4% commission fee if booked by credit card or Paypal.
  • Cancellation fee of 10% charged for notification up to 3 days in advance.
  • Cancellation fee of 25% charged for notification up to 2 days in advance.
  • Cancellation fee of 100% charged for notification less than 1 day.
  • Non-Show – 100% Cancellation fees.

Multi Day Group Tours / Package Tours:

  • Cancellations must be approved by us in writing. Unapproved cancellations will be treated as NO SHOWS!
  • Less than 60 Days prior to departure – 100% of the rate will be charged.
  • Day of departure or NO SHOW – 100% of the rate will be charged.
  • The deposit of 25% is non-refundable anyway.

Petra & Jordan Day Tours:

  • Cancellation fee of 50% charged for notification up to 2 days in advance.
  • Cancellation fee of 75% charged for notification up to 1 days in advance.
  • Cancellation fee of 100% charged for notification on the day of the tour.
  • Non Show – 100% Cancellation fees

Petra & Jordan Tour Packages:

  • Cancellations must be approved by us in writing. Unapproved cancellations will be treated as NO SHOWS!
  • Less than 60 Days prior to departure – 100% of the rate will be charged.
  • Day of departure or NO SHOW – 100% of the rate will be charged.
  • The deposit of 25% is non-refundable anyway.

In rare circumstances the operator might have to modify or altogether cancel a tour due to operational reasons or lack of participants. The customer will be informed as early as possible. In this case customers will receive a full refund or the right to switch to an alternative tour or alternative departure for the reserved tour.
