Itinerary

Day 1: Pick-Up from Athens - Corinth Canal, Epidauros, Nauplion, Mycenae, Olympia

Embark on a fascinating journey commencing with a Pick-up from Athens, followed by several captivating destinations. Begin your day by heading towards the Corinth Canal (short stop). Continue and make your way to the Theatre of Epidauros, renowned for its exceptional acoustics. Afterward, venture to the picturesque town of Nauplion, where you can take a moment to capture some beautiful photos. As the day progresses, proceed onward to Mycenae, where the Archaeological Site and the Tomb of Agamemnon await your exploration. Your journey then takes you through the enchanting landscapes of Central Peloponnese, passing by the charming towns of Tripolis and Megalopolis, as you make your way to Olympia. Here, in the very cradle of the Olympic Games, you will spend the night. Conclude your day with a dinner.

Day 2: Olympia Exploration - Olympian Zeus, Rion to Antirion Bridge, Itea, Delphi

Begin your day with visit to the Archaeological Site in Olympia, where you’ll discover the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium, and the Archaeological Museum. Immerse yourself in the remarkable history and cultural significance of these ancient treasures. As your journey continues, traverse the plains of Eliad and Achaia until you reach the bridge that spans across the Corinthian Bay, connecting Rion to Antirion. Passing through the towns of Nafpactos (Lepanto) and Itea. Finally, arrive in Delphi, where you will spend the night. Conclude your day with a dinner.

Day 3: Delphi - Archaeological Site and the Museum - Kalambaka - Meteora

Explore the captivating wonders of Delphi, including its Archaeological Site and Museum. Afterwards, venture towards Kalambaka, a charming town nestled at the base of Meteora. Spend the night in Kalambaka, where a dinner awaits you.

Day 4: Exploring Meteora - A UNESCO World Heritage Site - Trikala - Lamia - Athens

Experience the enchanting beauty of Meteora, where magnificent monasteries perch atop majestic rocks, creating a surreal sight as if suspended in mid-air. These ageless Monasteries house remarkable displays of Byzantine art. On your return journey to Athens, you will pass through Trikala, Lamia, and Thermopylae, where a brief stop allows you to see the Leonida’s Monument across the road. Your arrival in Athens is scheduled for early evening. Kindly note that for the Monastery visit, ladies are required to wear skirts while gentlemen should wear long trousers. For clients staying at the coast, transportation to their hotels will be provided from the G.O. terminal at approximately 19:30 hrs.
