Dizengoff Circle and Surrounds

The major hub of the fascinating Tel Aviv city is its central plaza. Its central plaza is perfectly laid out in roughly two levels. It has a raised area for pedestrians, which is above the carriageway. Its fire and water fountain top it. It is imperative to know that the plaza and street that run off it were named after Meir Dizengoff.

Are you wondering who Meir Dizengoff was? He was the first mayor after Tel Aviv was separated from Jaffa. Using this circle, you will find out that Dizengoff runs southeast to the Habima square. The Habima square is home to Tel Aviv’s cultural center and the Habima theater. It was created in the year 1935.
